Smashing bugs
Before releasing a new version of LAM, we test it thoroughy in order to identify and remove any possible bug. In particular, we look with a very special attention to so-called blocking or critical bugs: they are bugs that prevent you from using a software, for example because the application crashes, or you are unable to save new data or modify existing ones.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that our software is completely and absolutely free from blocking bugs: here is where our lifetime money-back policy comes in hand.
Our lifetime money-back policy
If, after purchase, you discover a blocking bug not already solved in
a newer version, and if we can confirm that bug in our labs, then we will do our
best to solve it within 14 days from the confirmation.If we are unable to solve the blocking bug within 14 days from the confirmation, we will deactivate your license(s) and refund your purchase in full, no matter how old is your license.
