Questions and answers about LAM
We still don't have a FAQ (frequently asked questions) because LAM was just released. Still, we received some interesting questions that you may want to read, along with our answers
- Q: do you plan to publish LAM in languages other than english?
- A: yes. We want indeed to tranlate LAM in as many languages as possible, but currently we need to concentrate our efforts so we decided to delay a bit the translation.
- Q: why LAM cannot handle external barcode/RFId readers, and when will this option be available?
- A: this is a complex question. Obviously enough, we are already evaluating
this extension for a new, major release. To do so, we need your help to really
understand which readers need to be integrated first.
If you are interested in the integration of a particular reader, drop us a note with your suggestion, as well as brand and model of th reader. We will evaluate your request and let you know if/when we plan to implement it. - Q: I would like to have in LAM a certain feature not present now. Can I suggest you its implementation in a future release
- A: yes of course! We really need your suggestions to evaluate how LAM must evolve to become an even better and useful software. We cannot guarantee the implementation of all and every request, but we guarantee to take all of them into account.
